Refund policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of registration for any training program or course.

Refunds are applicable only if the participant has not accessed major training content or received any certification-related materials.

Once training materials, downloadable resources, or certificates have been issued, no refund will be processed.

For scheduled offline or online programs, cancellations made at least 5 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

If FQI cancels or postpones a program, participants are eligible for a full refund.

All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
