About us
The Foundation for Quality (India), established in March 2013, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the standards, competence, and quality of medical laboratories across India and internationally. With the growing expectations within the diagnostic industry, FQI has been at the forefront of offering specialized certificate programs for professionals in Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Diagnostics, Radiology, and many other medical laboratory disciplines, especially those associated with NABL-accredited laboratories.
Over the years, FQI has trained more than 25,000 laboratory professionals in India and an additional 3,500+ participants in countries such as Iraq, Nepal, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Maldives, and Bangladesh. Our training programs are designed and delivered by a team of highly experienced, qualified, and NABL-trained assessors. These programs focus on ISO 15189:2012 & 2022 quality and competence requirements, practical audit methods, quality management systems, document control, corrective and preventive actions, continual improvement, laboratory information systems, and guidance for achieving NABL accreditation.
