Foundation for Quality (India) is a nonprofit organization established in 2013 to provide high-quality training, certification programs, and guidance related to ISO 15189, internal auditing, medical laboratory accreditation, and quality management systems.

Yes. FQI has conducted training programs in Iraq, Nepal, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Maldives, Bangladesh, and continues to support international laboratories with accreditation and quality improvement.

Yes. All programs are conducted by highly experienced and qualified assessors of NABL with extensive practical knowledge in laboratory audits and ISO 15189 implementation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of registration. Refunds are permitted only if major training content or certification materials have not been accessed. Once materials or certificates are issued, no refund will be processed. If a program is canceled by FQI, a full refund is provided.

Yes. FQI collects only the required personal information for communication, registration, certification, and administrative purposes. Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties except for legal, accreditation, or operational reasons.

Yes. Participants who successfully complete the respective training program and meet evaluation requirements will receive an official certificate from FQI.
